Guests are served first come, first served. I will ask them to sign a a sheet to keep track of order and contact info (if needed).
I either sketch guests live or work from quick reference photos taken there. On=site guests only!
Each piece is completed in about 10 to 15 minutes (or less!). Depending on detail of look.
Guests can pick up their artwork during the event within the allotted time or shortly after event ends.

If you’d like every guest included, I offer options to complete remaining artwork after the event.

Artwork is created in my signature stylized, expressive format designed for live timing with minimal/focused detail and/or line work strokes.

Not necessarily. I can sketch guests live or take a quick reference photo so they can continue enjoying the event while their piece is completed.

Yes! If you’re looking for more detailed or refined pieces, that can be arranged outside of the live event!
Options may include:
Post-event commissioned pieces
Higher-detail sketches for select guests
Custom artwork created ahead of or after the event

Most artwork is completed and handed out during the event.
Depending on timing, some pieces may be finished shortly after or delivered post-event. -
Artwork is created within the booked time. If additional guests remain, pieces can be completed after the event as part of a post-event add-on.

Yes. Elements like colors, layouts, and details can be adjusted to align with your event or brand. This includes logos, themes, or product-focused details.

Dates are booked on a first-come basis. It’s best to inquire as early as possible, especially for peak seasons and retail events.
